A total of 12 articles of impeachment have officially been filed against Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine over abuse of power during the Chinese coronavirus pandemic.
Ohio State Rep. John Becker (R) was joined by Representatives Candice Keller (R), Nino Vitale (R), and Paul Zeltwanger (R) in filing articles of impeachment against Governor DeWine, according to a report by Cleveland 19 News.
The representatives argue that DeWine has abused his power during the pandemic, noting that the governor vetoed Senate Bill 55 — and threatened to veto other General Assembly legislation, including Senate Bill 311 — which seeks to severely limit the governor’s power during a pandemic.
“Governor DeWine’s mismanagement, malfeasance, misfeasance, abuse of power, and other crimes include, but are not limited to, meddling in the conduct of a presidential primary election, arbitrarily closing and placing curfews on certain businesses, while allowing other businesses to remain open,” said Rep. Becker’s office in a statement.
“He weaponized the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation to bully and harass businesses and the people; to enforce a statewide mask mandate and other controversial measures of dubious ‘value,’ making Ohio a hostile work environment,” the statement added.
The statement goes on to cite the governor’s inclusion of places of worship during shutdown orders, as well as the implementation a statewide mask mandate, which has been in effect in one way or another since the summer.
“Rather than hearing the cries of Ohioans, Governor DeWine continues to stifle those cries by finding more inventive ways to use masks to muffle the voices of the people,” said Rep. Becker in his statement.
“He continues to have callous disregard for the fact that his isolation policies have led to a shockingly high number of suicides, alarming rates of drug abuse, persistently high unemployment, and the forced abandonment of the elderly by their loved ones,” the representative added.
Becker first announced his decision to file articles of impeachment against DeWine in August, citing the same issues.
According to Ohio’s Constitution, the State House of Representatives has the sole power of impeachment, but a majority of members are needed in order for impeachment to concur. It would then go to the State Senate, with a two-thirds vote needed to convict a governor of impeachment.
Attorney Sidney Powell joined Lou Dobbs on Monday night to discuss the 2020 election fraud investigations.
Powell has filed Kraken cases in Georgia and Michigan so far. The popular attorney is also talking about filing charges in Virginia after the obvious corruption and fraud during the election.
Powell spoke with an equally upset Lou Dobbs about the struggles this president is now facing after the stolen election was called by the liberal media.
Her most memorable line came at the end of the interview.
AttorneySidney Powell: It affects the bedrock of our democratic republic. It can’t be allowed to stand and, frankly, I’m about to think the entire FBI and the entire Department of Justice need to be hosed out with Clorox and firehoses.

(via RT) Pubs, bars, and restaurants in Wales will be banned from selling alcoholic drinks, and they will have to close by 6pm or switch to doing takeaway, according to the new set of rules unveiled for the hospitality industry.
Other entertainment venues, such as cinemas, bowling alleys, and skating rinks, will have to close outright.
The measures, announced by First Minister Mark Drakeford, will come into force from 6pm this Friday.
“I recognise just how hard the hospitality and leisure sectors have worked to comply with the regulations,” Drakeford said in a press conference, admitting the new rules’ harshness. “I know the new restrictions will be difficult, coming as they do at one of the busiest times of the year,” he added.
Anticipating backlash from business owners, workers, and customers, the first minister pleaded with the Welsh to consider the supposed severity of the pandemic. “We continue to face a virus that is moving incredibly quickly across Wales, and it is a virus that will exploit every opportunity when we spend time with one another,” he said.
However, Drakeford did not seem to find much support, as the new anti-coronavirus measures, coming just three weeks after he firebreak lockdown in Wales ended, were relentlessly attacked online. Commenters accused the Welsh government of “strangling parts of its economy,” and compared the country to North Korea. “Welcome to your new Prohibition era,” tweeted one person.
Only a few commenters seemed to agree with Drakeford, saying that bars and pubs did help the virus spread.

Members of President Donald Trump’s legal team scheduled a public hearing at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Phoenix with select members of Arizona’s legislature to gather and examine any evidence of election irregularities and fraud in the state. Trump’s personal attorney Jenna Ellis and Rudy Giuliani attended to gather information.
“Father, we just come before you in the name of our Lord Jesus. We ask you Father, first of all, to forgive us for any sin concerning wrong motives, wrong intentions, or any place where we have not guarded our hearts. Lord, we thank you for the blood of Yeshuwa. And now the enemy has no legal authority over this hearing today. Therefore, we lift up Arizona to you Heavenly Father and we come boldly to the throne of grace that we might obtain mercy and find grace.
In help and time of need, Lord, we thank you for watching over this proceedings, protection, and courage from the enemy and their attacks on those wanting to do the right thing. Jesus, we ask you as our advocate to hover over those presenting their cases before this great crowd of witnesses. As they speak today that you grant them heavenly wisdom to speak as one that has a tongue of a ready writer.
As an officer of the court of the heaven, on behalf of the Arizona citizens, we know that you entrust this land to us, especially those that govern over the land as lawmakers. And we pray for them daily to govern rightly.
Father, today the people of Arizona will disclose evidence, facts, and witnesses who will present their testimony regarding Arizona elections and voting irregularities. We assimilate for your verdict to be done and the will of the people of Arizona be favored in your sight. Granting an outcome of a petition request for a call special session that will officially investigate all of those claims and deem their case justified because they have done right in your eyes. As the Arizona registrars make decisions today, Father, we ask you to give them wisdom and a heart of understanding to make decisions that will strengthen and prosper our nation.
Your word says in I Peter 4 10, As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God (KJV). We thank you Lord for blessing Arizona today in today’s hearing. The people of Arizona give praises to your name. For your will for the great people of this nation is for life, liberty, justice and your peace for all nations.
May all of God’s people say, Amen!”
Trump’s legal team argued that the Democrats used mail-in ballots as a backup for when they fell too far behind. Rudy Giuliani was on fire in his opening argument. The crowd erupted in cheers as Rudy Giuliani issued a clarion call to state lawmakers: “I’m gonna ask you to fight…Your political career is worth losing if you can save the right to vote in America.” He continued, “At times in our history certain men and women have stepped forward and lost their political career to give us the rights that we have.”
Rudy Giuliani’s first witness at the Arizona hearing on Monday was information warfare officer Retired Army Colonel Phil Waldron. Waldron is an expert on automated voting machines and knows how to “get in and corrupt” the machines. Col. Waldron explained that the common software in most all of the systems today operating in the US is a “Smartmatic” derivative. During his testimony, Col. Waldon confirmed he witnessed Dominion communicating with Frankfurt on Election Day.
These are the same machines used in Venezuela by Chavez. The Dominion systems were connected to the Internet as well, despite Dominion’s claims to the contrary. Waldron said votes in the Dominion voting system can be changed “by an authorized user or and unauthorized user (hacker).” “Your vote is not as secure as your Venmo account,” Waldron said referring to a mobile payment service. Watch below:
Colonel Richard Waldron, a cybersecurity expert, said that he received an anonymous email to all of the Arizona Election heads, detailing a meeting held by Democrats. This meeting detailed an elaborate plan to embed 35,000 votes for Democrats in Pima County. Waldron said they used algorithms to distribute the extra votes based on voting turnout. This way, the embedded votes would not be suspicious. Waldron said he hopes this individual will come forward and issue an affidavit.
Pro-Trump statistician Matt Braynard – whom the FBI just asked to share his findings concerning his data-driven investigation into illegal and fraudulent voting in the November election – says he’s confident that there were more illegally-cast ballots in Arizona than Joe Biden’s current margin of victory.
“I have a high degree of confidence that the number of ballots that were cast that should not have been cast, illegal ballots, surpasses the margin of victory as it stands right now,” said Braynard said at a public hearing on election issues in Arizona.
Braynard, a former Trump data strategist who runs the Voter Integrity Project, made headlines after raising money to purchase voting information for a ‘deep-dive’ analysis looking for fraudulent activity. Earlier in the hearing, he said that he and his team called Arizona residents who had never voted before, yet voted in this election. One of them is a felon who can’t legally vote.
Another experiment @MattBraynard and his team did where they called people in Arizona who had never voted before but voted in this election.
Matt plays two clips of Arizona citizens saying they did not cast their vote.
Following Braynard’s comments, data expert Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai said that the only way for Biden to have caught up with Trump’s lead in Arizona following election day is if votes came in a 130% Biden and -30% for Trump.
(via National File) Bobby Piton, a mathematician who has been investigating the results of the presidential election, spoke at the election integrity hearing in Phoenix, Arizona on Monday. Piton joined Trump campaign lawyers Rudy Giuliani and Jenna Ellis at the hearing hosted by Arizona state legislators.
Arizona certified the results of the election during the course of the hearing, which Giuliani quizzed Piton on, asking him what his opinion was on “the validity of the numbers that were certified today by the Secretary of State and the Governor” of Arizona.
Piton replied that he would “never ever” have certified the results, and would “rather resign” than have done so:
If I was an executive at a publicly traded company, I would never sign that, because I risk jail time and having all my money taken from me in lawsuits… I believe [the numbers] are fraudulent based on the data… I’d be willing to put my life on it, I’m that sure. Assuming that the data that I got from the state and everything else was accurate. So if you’re giving me all inaccurate data from everywhere, then that’s my only caveat.

As the mathematician spoke at the hearing, his Twitter account @BobbyPiton was permanently banned from Twitter, in what appears to be another coincidental removal from the site relating to the election integrity hearings. Twitter later restored the Senator’s account, and blamed his removal on an “error.”
One witness testified that the signatures on the ballots “didn’t even resemble” what they were matching to on file and that truck loads of ballots kept coming in for 10 days after elections officials thought they were done counting votes.

In the middle of the hearing on Monday, Arizona’s crooked Secretary of State certified the false election results. Arizona state representative Mark Finchem (district 11) issued a call to withhold the state’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden because “he believes there is enough significant evidence of fraud to invalidate the state’s votes.”(TGP) RINO Governor Doug Ducey rushed to sign off on and certify the fraudulent election results.
During the afternoon, President Trump called into the hearing on voting irregularities in Arizona and the crowd erupted in cheers. President Trump blasted Ducey during his phoned in remarks and the crowd booed the governor.
The Arizona Committee Chairman Mark Finchem spoke out about the evidence of voter fraud in his state. He says the election behavior has been criminal and should be a “special session” to investigate. Chairman Mark Finchem also suggested Arizona withhold Electoral College delegates.
According to The Guardian, “officers were attempting to disperse the protesters after the Metropolitan police argued the demonstration was unlawful under coronavirus bans on gatherings after the removal of the specific protest exemption.”
Rights groups, however, believe the protests should be permitted under the “reasonable excuse” law, and called the de-facto ban as “alarming.”
Officers faced jeers from demonstrators and chants of “shame on you” and “choose your side” as they sought to end the protest and enter crowds to make arrests, some forcibly. They were also pelted with missiles on at least one occasion, video footage showed.
The Metropolitan police tweeted: “Officers have made over 60 arrests following groups gathering in London today. These were for a number of different offences, including breaching coronavirus restrictions. We expect this number to rise. We continue to urge people to go home.” –The Guardian
“Please ensure you have access to social media throughout the day, as the rally will need to be reactive to circumstances,” wrote anti-lockdown group StandUpX in a Telegram post. “Bring pots, pans, whistles, party horns and anything you can to be heard,” the post continues.
“I got pushed about by police for no reason earlier, just cause they’re squashing up anybody that wants to complain. This is no free country,” one protester told Sky News, while another held a sign saying “Your fear leads to losing our liberty.”
The protest comes weeks after 190 people were arrested on Nov. 5 during another lockdown demonstration.
According to police spokesman Stuart Bell, “This type of behaviour not only breaks the law, it also risks spreading the virus between multiple areas of the country. It is for this reason that we urge people not to travel into London and this is also why we will be taking appropriate enforcement action if this happens.”
“In practice, police are increasingly treating protests as banned,” said Big Brother Watch director Silkie Carlo, who has campaigned for civil liberties during the lockdown. “The incompetence and casual authoritarianism demonstrated by the Met police here is breathtaking. The right to protest is the bedrock of any democracy. It’s clear to me that there’s a deliberate attempt to chill that right and misrepresent the law,” she added.
“As the government takes unprecedented steps to interfere with our rights, sidelines parliament and attacks the rule of law, undermining protest is another threat to our ability to hold it to account and stand up to power. Protest and dissent are the lifeblood of a healthy democracy, and even more so important in a public emergency,” said Gracie Bradley, interim director of rights group “Liberty.”

The mainstream media was caught demonizing Trump-supporting Catholic students by falsely claiming they were harassing a Native American activist when video evidence shows the opposite. The incident began Friday when video surfaced showing students from Covington Catholic school standing in front of the activist while he beat a drum outside the Lincoln Memorial. The media then claimed that the students, who were in town for the March for Life, had been harassing the activist, which resulted in the students being doxxed and attacked on social media.
