White Coat Summit II Held Over the Weekend in Washington D.C.

From their website…

We exist to counter the massive disinformation campaign regarding the pandemic. We are diverse, exceedingly well-credentialed physicians with extensive front line experience treating COVID-19 and the risky health effects due to the lockdowns. There are many early treatment options! Most people do just fine!

There is no reason to live in fear!

  • If you would like to know the facts from doctors who are passionate about giving you those facts, watch our videos, found under Summit. If you need access to early treatment go to Referral.
  • If you simply want to understand what “early treatment” is, watch our “Early Treatment” video or look under HCQ Protocols.

Unlike the government, CDC, FDA, NIH or any other organization with other motives, we doctors have a fiduciary, moral, ethical, legal and spiritual obligation to help people … and that means you. We are not the media. Please share widely.

The group shared a video with their thoughts.  They started off with Dr. Simone Gold discussing masks and stating that masks are totally irrelevant in stopping the China coronavirus.   The virus is one one-thousandth  the size of a human hair.  Masks don’t work.

Consider what our emperor Fauci said when asked if he was sure that masks work.  Now remember, he is not new to the game.  This has been his life’s work for decades.  There was no chance that what he said was a mistake.  There is no chance that SARS Covid 2 is no different than any other coronavirus that he has made his life’s work.

Dr. Fauci said, “When you’re in the middle of an outbreak, wearing a mask might make people feel a little bit better and it might even block a droplet but it is not providing the protection that people think is.  And often there are unintended consequences.

Dr. Gold continued:

I will put it plainly to you, my fellow Americans.  You have been lied to by the media.  Propaganda is not a new phenomena.  Thomas Jefferson said the man who reads nothing at all is better educated than the man who reads nothing but newspapers.  And John F. Kennedy pointed out that it does not matter that the propaganda had a sinister purpose. The great enemy of the truth is very often not the lie, but the myth, persistent, persuasive and unrealistic.

Dr. Gold went on to note that there are not 2 million dead.  Our health care systems were not overwhelmed:

Nearly everyone survives and early treatment works.

Study: Nine in Ten Young Brits Believe their Life Lacks Purpose

A STAGGERING nine in ten young Brits believe their life lacks purpose, according to a new study. A UK wide survey reveals the extent to which the younger generation feel disillusioned, with the MAJORITY (89 percent) of 16-29 year olds, claiming their life lacks purpose or meaning.

This is compared to an average of 80 percent across all ages, but just half (55 percent) of the over 60s, signalling true contentment may simply come with age.

In fact, as many as 30 percent of today’s youngsters believe they are stuck in a rut, with 84 percent claiming they are failing to “live their best life”.

Overall, 36 percent of Brits (of all ages) would give their lives a complete re-do if they had the chance.

And according to the study of 1,500 Brits, conducted by Yakult UK, the biggest barrier to finding purpose and achieving greater happiness is a lack of finances (45 percent).

ANXIETY

Worryingly, as many as a third of the Brits polled (34 percent) claimed anxiety is stopping them from achieving the things they would like to achieve.

Illness and poor health (22 percent) were also major stumbling blocks for many Brits, in terms of achieving their dreams, according to the poll.

It comes as no surprise then that two thirds of us admit to feeling jealous of colleagues and friends who seems to have their entire world in order.

Daisy Whitfield-Davis, Yakult UK PR Manager, said: “This research proves how many Brits are searching for their true objectives in life.

INTRODUCING ‘IKIGAI’

“As a Japanese Company, we want to introduce the nation to Ikigai, a Japanese self-development concept, which is a framework for bringing satisfaction, happiness and meaning to your life.

“Ikigai is built around weighing up aspects of your life across your passion, your mission in life, your profession and your vocation, and it appears it’s something we need in our lives, with 60 percent of us admitting we have no balance in our existence.”

When it comes to the bigger questions, such as the meaning of life, over half of Brits (51 percent) believe we were put on the earth to be as happy as we can be, while 37 percent say we should make people around us happy.

Almost a third (31 percent) believe our purpose should be to do as much good as possible.

MORE ‘ME’ TIME

According to the study, the average Brit spends over half an hour (34 minutes) a day dreaming of a better, more fulfilled life.

But 43 percent admit they don’t have enough ‘me’ time and 38 percent wish they could spend more quality time with their families.

83 percent feel they would achieve greater purpose if they could contribute more to their local community.

When it comes to what gives our lives purpose, the study found that 49 percent of Brits say it is their loved ones, a quarter say it’s being healthy, and 24 percent want to create a loving home.

Ikigai Expert and author of Japonisme, Erin Niimi Longhurst said,

“Japanese culture and traditions are uniquely special as they are intriguing and incredibly enlightening.

“Ikigai is that element in our lives that provides a delicious richness, meaning, or raison d’être and those who discover their Ikigai have everything they need for a happy journey through life.

“I’m delighted to be working with Yakult to encourage the nation to discover what they love, what they’re good at, what the world needs from them and their vocation, in order to strike the right balance towards living a long, healthy and happy life.”

Edinburgh is the most content city where 32 percent of people’s lives have meaning – three times as many as the least content city, Bristol (10 percent).

Study Explains What Happens To The Brain When You Diffuse Essential Oils

By Jennifer Giustra-Kozek, LPC, NBCC

  • The Facts: Multiple studies have outlined the potential benefits one can receive through the use of essential oils. The study presented in this paper shows it can have positive effects on the human brain.
  • Reflect On: If we want to assist ourselves with regards to feeling better, or to help with certain disorders, it’s important to know that there are many, non harmful options to try before using pharmaceutical medications.

Many are diagnosed with ADHD, depression, anxiety and sleep disorders. In 2013, a medical expenditure survey determined that 1 in 6 Americans take  psychiatric medication on a daily basis. Consequently, 90,000 adults and countless children visit the emergency room yearly for side-effects of these medications including, increased depressive or anxious symptoms, brain fog, confusion, heart palpitations, dizziness, muscle spasms, seizures, tics, and psychosis.

Despite these side-effects and the many black box warnings including death by suicide, many continue using them. It is about time we start addressing root causes of these emotional issues such as poor diet, trauma, leaky gut syndrome, toxicity, and nutritional deficiencies. It is also important that everyone recognize the power of plant medicine. Here we take a look at the healing benefits of essential oils.

“Nature itself is the Best Physician.” – Hippocrates

It’s Not Pseudoscience

Essential oils stimulate the limbic system – the part of the brain involved in memory, mood, motivation, and behavior. And, scientific studies demonstrate that the purest essential oils are powerful plant medicines that have a wide range of emotional wellness applications, including depression.

In inhalation aromatherapy, the inhaled air containing essential oils can not only reach the circulation system via the blood capillary network in the nose and the bronchi in the lungs but also stimulate brain areas directly via the olfactory epithelium. Essential oils trigger mechanisms in the brain via the olfactory system. The mechanism of action of essential oils administered by inhalation involves stimulation of the olfactory receptors cells in the nasal epithelium, about 25 million cells, connected to the olfactory bulb. After stimulation, the signal is transmitted to the limbic system and hypothalamus in the brain through the olfactory bulb and olfactory tract. Once the signals reach the olfactory cortex, release of neurotransmitters, for example, serotonin, takes place which results in the expected effect on emotions related to essential oil use

According to the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy, essential oil is the oil extracted from a plant through careful steam distillation, resin tapping, and cold pressing.  Essential oils get extracted from many parts of the plants including flowers, barks, stems, leaves, roots, and fruits.

Using Oils Safely

Quality matters: Organic oils from reputable companies or homegrown is the best. You want pure, organic and authentic oils to decrease the likelihood of adverse reactions.

Dilute certain oils: Those rich in aldehydes (e.g., citronellal, citral) and phenols (e.g., cinnamic aldehyde, eugenol) should always be applied with a carrier oil like almond, coconut or avocado. Mixing irritant oils with others to create a blend can also reduce an adverse reaction.

Application: Oil may be applied to the skin or diffused with relatively no risk. Some essential oils are ingestible. However, ingesting oils is not recommended unless under the advisement of a qualified herbalist or alike.  Anecdote: It is never one size fits all. Most aromatherapy oil-based blends will be between 1 and 5 percent dilutions, which typically does not represent a safety concern. As one increases dilution, potential dermal (skin) reactions may take place depending on the individual essential oil; and the area in which the oil is applied.  One may be sensitive to a particular essential oil, just as they may be sensitive to a specific food. So, make sure to take precautions is always recommended.

Not one size fits all: A particular oil may invite relaxation for one, and may create the opposite reaction for another. We need to remember that we are all bio individual. People with specific allergies to ragweed and other plants need to be more careful about having a similar reaction to oils.

Age matters: Babies and young children may be more sensitive to the potency of essential oils. Certain oils should be avoided, used highly diluted or under the guidance of a knowledgeable professional. To prevent reactions, applying diluted oils to the soles of the feet are often recommended in younger children.

Particular caution should be exercised with potentially toxic essential oils such as Birch and Wintergreen which are both high in methyl salicylate, Eucalyptus which is high in 1,8 cineole and Peppermint which is high in menthol. Elderly clients may have more skin sensitivities so a reduced concentration/dilution may be indicated.

The Takeaway

Other methods and interventions exist that can help treat ailments where doctors only seem to prescribe drugs. Essential oils are one example out of many, and a good example of how we all really need to look into things for ourselves instead of relying on so-called “experts.”

(WARNING: Please be careful about diffusing essential oils around pets. Research them first. Many are too powerful for animals and can cause toxicity and even death.)
