OAN’s Chanel Rion Launches New National White House Correspondents Association to “Restore Balance and Diversity of Viewpoints” in WH News Coverage

Founder Calls Existing Organization “Exclusionary” An “Old Boys’ Club” of “Press Bullies” Operating Rent Free on White House Grounds, Without Legal Standing

Chanel Rion, Chief White House Correspondent for One America News Network (OAN), announced today, the formal launch of the National White House Correspondents Association (NWHCA). Rion’s newly formed correspondents’ organization has begun accepting applications by invitation only.

NWHCA’s first phase mission aims to accomplish the following: – Bring more balance and diverse questions in the White House briefing room – Foster meaningful discussion and debate at the White House – Restore free and open press coverage in the briefing room and coverage of the White House

The NWHCA seeks to restore balance and diversity of viewpoints in White House news coverage. The American public is served best when all voices are heard and the President’s message is unfiltered. According to Rion the WHCA has maneuvered almost all balance and diversity out of the White House correspondents’ pool and briefing room demonstrating daily that they consider America’s free press the exclusive property of the “progressive” reformers of Washington. This is not representative of a free and balanced press.

NWHCA’s presence at the White House will create a healthier atmosphere for our nation. Our republic thrives best when all viewpoints are considered and discussed.

Rion founded the NWHCA on her own initiative in Delaware, April 2020, after her experience with the White House Correspondents’ Association (WHCA) included their vote to expel Rion from the WHCA— a club of which she had never even been a member.

Moving forward, Rion’s NWHCA is seeking shared control of the White House briefing room and all other delegated press functions with the 117-year-old WHCA in order to restore balance to White House reporting which at present, largely amounts to a confederation of journalists with long socialist agendas and deep links to the Democrat Party.

Rion has volunteered to serve without remuneration throughout what she says will be the organizational period of sixty months including all of the second Trump administration. Part of that organizational period will include the NWHCA’s expectation to set up legal networks, state by state, to defend the First Amendment and press rights in the courts.

BACKGROUND: Rion became nationally controversial after traveling to Ukraine with Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal attorney, to film money laundering and bribery testimony related to Joe and Hunter Biden. In 2019, Rion interviewed high profile witnesses in Ukraine that Adam Schiff had concealed from the American public in the Trump impeachment hearings. Thereafter Rion became a target of WHCA members’ orchestrated smear campaigns.

Nonetheless, President Trump recognized, often, OAN’s efforts to deliver real news to the American public. After the WHCA failed in its attempt to evict Rion from the White House Briefing Room, Rion returned daily as a guest of the White House by permission of Press Secretaries Stephanie Grisham and Kayleigh McEnany. WHCA relegated Rion to stand in the back of the room, segregated and roped off from the rest of the press pool.

Rion was defended and protected by thousands of supporters after WHCA members attempted to smear her by concocting stories they invented and fed to the tabloid Daily Mail. WHCA members claimed Rion no longer deserved any presence in the White House nor in the Brady Briefing Room.

Rion, who graduated from Harvard University in 2015 after five years in Cambridge, says she had no aspirations in broadcasting and was not specifically trained in journalism beyond several journalism courses and intensive writing as an honors graduate in International Relations and Religion with film production training.

As a stalwart defender of the First Amendment, she soon found herself recruited by Charles and Robert Herring of the OAN Network in 2019 where she found her lifetime of dedication to constitutional and conservative causes perfectly suited.

She looks forward to a future where NWHCA will contribute to balance and accuracy in White House reportage.

Trump Goes Off on Fox News, Says It’s ‘Worse Than Fake News CNN’ on Weekend Afternoons

The precise cause of the US president’s criticism remains unclear, although he is known to have an adversarial relationship with Fox News Sunday host Chris Wallace, who attacked the Trump campaign in his Sunday afternoon program over its alleged birther-style attacks against recently chosen Biden running mate Kamala Harris.

President Donald Trump took to Twitter Sunday to attack Fox News’ weekend afternoon content, calling it “worse than Fake News @CNN” and recommending that followers ‘turn their dial’ to @OANN,” a network he has repeatedly praised in the past, instead.

“They do a really ‘Fair & Balanced’ job!’ Trump suggested.

The president’s comments came immediately after Chris Wallace grilled Trump campaign advisor Steve Cortes on his Sunday afternoon program over the administration’s alleged use of ‘birther’-style tactics similar to those Trump used against Barack Obama in 2008 to question whether Kamala Harris is eligible to become president.

“Does the Trump campaign, does President Trump acknowledge that Kamala Harris is eligible to be the next vice president of the United States?” Wallace asked.

“Yes. He made this very clear in his press conference yesterday. He said this is not an issue that we are pursuing,” Cortes said.

Survey: Americans Think COVID-19 has Killed 30 Million People in the U.S. 225X Higher than Even CDC Overblown Figures

A new survey by research firm Kekst CNC has found that on average, people in the U.S. think 9 per cent of the population, around 30 million people, have died from coronavirus when the ‘actual’ figure is less than 155,000.

The survey results generally across six countries, including America, found that, “People think coronavirus is more widespread, and more deadly, than official figures show.”

In Sweden and the UK in particular, people vastly overestimate the number of lives COVID-19 has claimed.

From the survey;

“Despite relatively low incidence rates compared to earlier in the pandemic in most countries (with the exception of the U.S.), people significantly over-estimate the spread and fatality rate of the disease. In Sweden and the UK for example, the public think 6-7% of people have died from coronavirus – around one hundred times the actual death rate based on official figures.”

In other words, people in the UK think coronavirus is 100 times more deadly than it actually is.

The numbers for America are even more out of sync with reality.

The survey found that Americans think 9% of the population in the U.S. have died from coronavirus. This percentage would equate to almost 30 million COVID-19 deaths. The actual death toll currently stands at just under 155,000 deaths.

Americans’ estimation of coronavirus deaths is therefore a whopping is 225 higher than the actual number of people who have died.

People in the U.S. also believe that 20% of Americans have had coronavirus, 20 times higher than the number of confirmed cases.

The survey also revealed that across all countries, “people think 5-12% of people currently have coronavirus.” In reality, even at the height of the pandemic, in England for example, only 0.27% of the community population had COVID-19.

This highlights once again how media alarmism surrounding the spread and lethality of the virus has caused many people to become hysterical and overly paranoid about COVID-19.

In reality, the 2017-18 flu season in the UK claimed more lives than coronavirus while ONS statistics show that current overall deaths are below the five year average for the sixth week in a row.

As Infowars has highlighted, in some cases this has resulted in bizarre behavior, such as people literally leaping out of the way of other people walking their way and people being “too scared” to go outside.

The innumerable incidents involving aggressive confrontations and in some cases violent attacks on others for the sin of not social distancing or wearing a mask can also be partly explained by media scaremongering coverage of the pandemic.

The Police Killing of George Floyd Sparks Massive Protests, Rioting, Looting, and Burning of Businesses by Antifa, Black Lives Matter, etc.

On May 25, 2020, George Floyd, a 46-year-old black man, was killed in Minneapolis, Minnesota, during an arrest for allegedly using a counterfeit bill. Derek Chauvin, a white police officer, knelt on Floyd’s neck for almost nine minutes while Floyd was handcuffed and lying face down in the street, begging for his life and repeatedly saying “I can’t breathe”. A second and third officer further restrained Floyd while a fourth prevented bystanders from intervening. During the final three minutes Floyd was motionless and had no pulse while Chauvin ignored onlookers’ pleas to remove his knee, which he did not do until medics told him to.

All four officers were fired the following day, after videos made by witnesses and security cameras became public. Two autopsies found Floyd’s death to be a homicide. Chauvin was initially charged with third-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter, to which was later added second-degree murder; the three other officers were charged with aiding and abetting second-degree murder. 2020 Leftwing riots immediately followed, which were an effort by the DNC and mainstream media to spark a race war in the United States in advance of the 2020 presidential election. After the killing of a  the black man while being taken into Minneapolis police custody, white liberal racists and social justice warriors nationwide began rioting, knowing that African Americans would be blamed for the violence. The violence was discovered to have been pre-planned and well financed. Democrat leaders and mainstream media refused to condemn the loss of innocent lives and property. The Antifa terrorist organization and other violent socialist groups hijacked peaceful protests and were responsible for the looting, burning. and lawlessness. The Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is a key support group.

After the killing of George Floyd by a Minneapolis policeman using a supposed “non-lethal” choke hold approved by the city’s Democratic administration, the communist-dominated New York Times called for a movement to defund the police nationwide. Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign spokesman immediately echoed the sentiment.

It is certain the riots were non-spontaneous; the delivery of unbound pallets of bricks placed at strategic points in front of government buildings and affluent shopping districts in metropolitan areas throughout the country on the morning the riots broke out demonstrates a high degree of logistical coordination and financing. The evidence suggest a classic communist revolution, which much of the world has suffered at one time or another over the past 100 years, but the American people has been isolated from and remains somewhat naive in dealing with such threats to preserving their freedom.

150 federal buildings were defaced and 750 police officers injured nationwide in the liberal Democrat/Socialist violence.

White House Official Sues Politico, Alleging Collusion With Adam Schiff

A National Security Council official who has long been a target of Democrats is accusing Rep. Adam Schiff of colluding with Politico to publish what he said is a false story about his contacts with President Donald Trump, according to a lawsuit filed Monday.

Kash Patel, who serves as a senior counterterrorism official on the NSC, is suing the Virginia-based Politico for $25 million for defamation over two articles published in October alleging he served as a back-channel to Trump on Ukraine-related issues.

“Defendants’ reporting was categorically and knowingly false,” Patel stated in the lawsuit, which was filed against Politico and its owner, Robert Allbritton.

“Defendants intentionally employed a scheme or artifice to defame Kash with the intent to undermine the President’s confidence in Kash and to further Schiff’s impeachment inquisition,” Patel stated in the lawsuit, which was first reported by Fox News.

Patel said Politico and its reporter, Natasha Bertrand, “colluded, collaborated and conspired with Schiff to defame” him in articles published Oct. 23 and Oct. 30.

Bertrand’s stories were based on alleged leaks of testimony that two NSC officials, Fiona Hill and Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman, gave in October as part of the Democrat-led Trump impeachment inquiry.

Bertrand reported that Patel was involved in “passing negative information” to Trump about Ukraine on Oct. 23. She reported Oct. 30 that Vindman, who serves as the NSC director on Ukraine, testified that Patel “misrepresented” himself to Trump.

But Patel is vehemently denying having contact with Trump regarding Ukraine.
